How booking works
- Choose the service. Airport transfer, point-to-point ride or hourly charter.
- Enter the trip. Pickup date and time, pickup address or flight number, destination and any stops.
- Pick the vehicle. Executive sedan, Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz S-Class or Sprinter, matched to passengers and bags.
- Review the quote. The price is shown before you confirm. There is no surge pricing.
- Get your confirmation. Details are confirmed with your local chauffeur, and flight tracking starts for airport pickups.
Before you book
- Have your flight number ready for airport pickups at FLL, MIA or PBI.
- For cruises, note the ship and your boarding window or disembarkation group. See cruise port transfers.
- Count luggage as well as passengers; it decides the vehicle more often than headcount does.
- Need a child seat? Add the child’s age and weight in the notes.
- Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup.
