A wedding day or a black-tie evening runs on a timeline that someone else wrote: a ceremony start, a photographer's golden-hour window, a reception entrance, a last dance. Our job is to make the cars fit that timeline instead of the other way around. We schedule chauffeured sedans, the Cadillac Escalade, the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Sprinter vans for couples, wedding parties, families and hosts across Fort Lauderdale, Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale Beach and the rest of Broward County, and we quote every booking in writing before anything is confirmed.
How event bookings work
Most event transportation is booked hourly, because the vehicle needs to stay with you between moments rather than drop and leave. You tell us the first pickup, every stop in order, the guest count at each leg and the time the night should end. We turn that into a run sheet and a written quote, and the chauffeur receives the same sheet before the day.
- Share the timeline. Book online or send the schedule through our contact form. Include venue names, the entrance you want to use and any photo stops.
- Match vehicles to people. A sedan or S-Class for the couple, an Escalade for parents or the bridal party, a Sprinter for up to fourteen guests moving together.
- Confirm the details. You receive a written quote and confirmation. Changes are easiest to absorb when they are sent before the day.
- On the day. The chauffeur arrives before the scheduled pickup, stays with the vehicle between stops and follows the run sheet.
Vehicles and hourly rates for events
Hourly service is $120 per hour for the executive sedan, $150 for the Cadillac Escalade, $230 for the Mercedes-Benz S-Class and $240 for the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Every hourly booking carries a three-hour minimum, so the smallest sedan booking is $360 and the smallest Sprinter booking is $720. For a typical ceremony-to-reception evening, plan on four to six hours so that the car is still there for the send-off. We do not operate stretch limousines; the modern equivalents are the S-Class for the couple and the Sprinter for the group.
Fort Lauderdale venues and the roads between them
Event days in this city are shaped by water. Beachfront resorts sit along A1A, and the only ways across the Intracoastal Waterway are the bridges at Sunrise Boulevard, Las Olas Boulevard and the 17th Street Causeway. The Las Olas and 17th Street bridges open for boat traffic, so a ceremony on the beach and a reception downtown need a few spare minutes built in. Downtown and Riverwalk venues along the New River are close to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, which also means shared traffic on show nights. Venues in Weston, Plantation or Boca Raton add interstate time on I-595, the Sawgrass Expressway or I-95. We plan every leg with those crossings in mind.
Beyond weddings
The same approach works for galas at the Broward County Convention Center, milestone birthdays on Las Olas Boulevard, anniversary dinners, proms, quinceañeras, memorial services and corporate holiday parties. For group outings to stadium events, see our sports event transport page; for multi-day conferences, see convention center shuttles.
What to plan for
- Guests arriving through FLL, MIA or PBI can be collected by the same booking; see airport transfers.
- Spring break, the winter season and Boat Show week tighten availability. Reserve Sprinters and S-Class sedans early.
- Free cancellation applies up to 24 hours before pickup, as published on our rates page.
- Child seats are available on request for sedan and SUV bookings; tell us the child's age and weight.
