The sedans carry three passengers and three bags; a couple with two large suitcases and carry-ons fits comfortably, a family of four with cruise luggage does not. The Cadillac Escalade seats six with six bags, which covers most families and golf groups. Beyond six travelers, the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle with up to fourteen seats, though luggage space shrinks as the seats fill.
Then think about the occasion. The executive sedan is the practical choice for airport runs and business travel. The S-Class is for moments where the car is part of the welcome: a principal arriving for a board meeting, an owner coming to the marina, a couple leaving their reception.
