Hollywood Beach sits between Fort Lauderdale and Miami and draws a mix of leisure travelers. The Broadwalk, the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, and cruise terminals at Port Everglades all generate demand. Wedding parties also use the area because venues such as the Historic Hollywood Beach Resort host receptions year-round. Casino guests often request round-trip service so they do not need to drive after an evening event. Our dispatch team uses vetted local affiliates to cover Hollywood Beach through our New York dispatch office.

We serve Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, beachfront hotels, and Port Everglades cruise terminals.

The Broadwalk is a 2.5-mile pedestrian promenade along the ocean. Hotels such as the Hollywood Beach Marriott and Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort use designated loading zones. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino sits west of the beach near Stirling Road and I-95. The Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel opened in 2019 and added significant event volume to the area. Port Everglades is a short drive north for cruise passengers. Port Everglades is one of the busiest cruise ports in the world and generates heavy transfer volume on weekends.

FLL is typically 15 to 25 minutes away, MIA is 30 to 50 minutes, and PBI is 60 to 75 minutes.

Hollywood Beach is close to FLL and MIA, making it convenient for both airports. The route to FLL uses I-95 or Federal Highway. MIA is south on I-95 through Miami-Dade. PBI is the farthest option and usually takes over an hour.

Sedan service from FLL to Hollywood Beach starts at $130, with SUVs, vans, and hourly service available.

Base pricing covers a standard sedan to one address. Casino groups, wedding parties, and cruise travelers often need SUVs or vans for luggage and larger parties. Cruise transfers often include larger vehicles to accommodate multiple suitcases and carry-on bags. We quote final rates before confirmation.

The Broadwalk is pedestrian-only, and Hard Rock event traffic can slow pickups.

Vehicles cannot drive on the Broadwalk, so pickups happen at cross streets or hotel loading zones. The Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino draws heavy traffic during concerts and poker tournaments. Some beach hotels limit vehicle standing time to a few minutes, so guests should be ready at the curb. We coordinate exact meeting points and allow extra time for event nights.

Getting around Hollywood Beach

Hollywood Beach is a long strip of hotels, condominiums and the Broadwalk between the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean. A1A runs its length, and Hollywood Boulevard and Sheridan Street are the main bridges back to the mainland, downtown Hollywood and Young Circle. Pickups are at hotel entrances and building drives on A1A; the Broadwalk itself is pedestrian, so give us the nearest cross street or building name.

Close to two airports and the port

Hollywood Beach is one of the best-placed areas in the region for travel. FLL is 20 to 30 minutes away (see FLL to Hollywood Beach), Port Everglades is just to the north, and MIA is usually 30 to 45 minutes south, closer than from downtown Fort Lauderdale. That makes Hollywood a practical base for cruise travelers flying through either airport.

Evenings and events

For concerts and nights out at the Seminole Hard Rock on State Road 7, or dinners in downtown Hollywood and on Las Olas, an hourly charter keeps the car waiting: $120 per hour for the executive sedan or $150 for the Cadillac Escalade, with a three-hour minimum. Event nights bring heavy traffic on Hollywood Boulevard and State Road 7, so we build extra time into the return.
